Terms of Service

By accessing or using Remedii Flow (“the Service”), operated by Remedii LLC (“Remedii,” “we,” “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Remedii Flow is an AI-powered social media content management platform that scrapes your business website, generates social media posts, and publishes approved content to your connected social media accounts.

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Subscriptions are billed through Stripe and renew automatically. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Post content that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe intellectual property rights of any third party
• Publish spam, misleading, or deceptive content
• Violate the terms of service of any connected social media platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure

You retain ownership of your business content, uploaded assets, and approved posts. By using the Service, you grant Remedii a limited license to process and publish your content solely to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of content you create or approve.

You are responsible for ensuring that content published through the Service complies with the terms and policies of each social media platform (Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter/X). Remedii is not liable for content rejected, removed, or penalized by those platforms.

The Service uses AI to generate social media content based on your business information. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is published. Remedii makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, quality, or fitness of AI-generated content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Remedii shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Service settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
