Remedii LLC (“Remedii,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates Remedii Flow (“the Service”), an AI-powered social media content management platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.
By accessing or using Remedii Flow, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information you provide directly
- Account information: email address, business name, industry
- Profile information: avatar photo, contact preferences
- Business website URLs you submit for content scraping
- Social media account credentials via OAuth (we store access tokens, not passwords)
- Payment information processed by Stripe (we do not store card numbers)
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, campaign interactions
- Device information: browser type, operating system, IP address
- Log data: server logs, error reports, performance metrics
2.3 Information from third-party platforms
When you connect social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X), we receive and store:
- Page and account names and identifiers
- OAuth access tokens required to publish content on your behalf
- Basic profile information provided by those platforms
We access only the permissions you explicitly grant and use this data solely to provide the publishing features of the Service.
2.4 Content data
- Website content scraped from URLs you provide
- AI-generated social media posts created for your account
- Images and assets you upload to the Service
- Vector embeddings derived from your business content
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
- Generate AI-powered social media content on your behalf
- Publish approved content to your connected social media accounts
- Process payments and manage your subscription
- Send transactional emails (account confirmation, billing receipts)
- Monitor and improve the performance and security of the Service
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your business content to train AI models without your explicit consent.
4. Social Media Platform Data
Remedii Flow integrates with Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, and Twitter/X to publish content on your behalf. When you connect these accounts:
- We request only the minimum permissions necessary to publish content to the Pages and accounts you select.
- Access tokens are encrypted at rest in our database and never shared with third parties.
- You can revoke our access at any time by disconnecting your accounts in the Service or through each platform’s own settings.
- We do not read your private messages, contacts, or any data beyond what is necessary for publishing.
Use of data obtained through Meta APIs is subject to Meta’s Platform Terms. Use of data obtained through the LinkedIn API is subject to LinkedIn’s API Terms of Use. Use of data obtained through the Twitter/X API is subject to Twitter’s Developer Agreement.
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on Supabase-managed PostgreSQL databases hosted on Google Cloud Platform in the United States. We implement industry-standard security measures including:
- Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256)
- Row-level security policies enforcing tenant data isolation
- Access tokens encrypted before database storage
- Regular security reviews and vulnerability assessments
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account:
- Your business profile, knowledge base, and generated content are deleted immediately
- OAuth access tokens are revoked and deleted
- Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by law
- Anonymized usage analytics may be retained indefinitely
7. Sharing of Information
We share your information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers: Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), OpenAI (AI generation), Anthropic (AI generation), Google Cloud (infrastructure), Firecrawl (web scraping), Vercel (hosting)
- Social platforms: Content you approve is published to the platforms you connect (Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter/X)
- Legal requirements: If required by law, court order, or governmental authority
- Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with prior notice to you
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Object to or restrict processing of your information
- Export your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent

9. Cookies
Remedii Flow uses cookies and similar technologies solely for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies, but this may affect functionality of the Service.

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided personal information, we will delete it promptly.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a prominent notice in the Service at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
